Chestnut Hill is a New England village located 6 miles west of downtown Boston. It encompasses parts of three separate municipalities; the city of Boston, the town of Brookline and the city of Newton. Chestnut Hill is best known for its exclusive estate homes, parks that were designed by famed landscape architect Frank Law Olmstead, designer of New York’s Central Park, as well as being the home of Boston College and part of the Boston Marathon route.
